Kaudiyala Rafting Season: This is an advanced stretch and is definitely not recommended if you’re inexperienced, since it has grade V rapids, rafting at which is an extreme adventure. It has the shortest time window as it opens up in mid-October and closes down around mid-May.

Itinerary

12:00 PM reach the campsite at Byasi, on Badrinath road between Rishikesh and Devprayag. You can either hire a taxi/cab or easily get a bus. Contact us if you are stuck anywhere!
As soon as you reach, you can check into your tents and lunch shall be provided.
You can choose to rest, take a stroll in the private beach or enjoy an activity of your choice from rock climbing, trekking, volleyball or cricket.
6:00 PM A cosy bonfire and light music under a starry night for you to meet new people from across the different walks of life
8:30 PM onwards dinner shall be served. You will be provided with vegetarian and nonvegetarian options.
9:30 PM Retire to your tents and rest up as your adventure awaits

7:30 AM Early wake up call and breakfast will be served for an hour.
9:30 AM Reach the rafting starting location on time. Professionals shall brief you about the same and provide you with safety equipment such as a life jacket and other rafting gears. An expert shall be guiding you throughout.
The package further includes body surfing, cliff jumping, river splashing, etc and you shall be provided with some snacks and soft drinks on the way.
4:00 PM Trip ends near Shivpuri Beach, Rishikesh and you shall travel back to the base camp, concluding your trip.

Transport
No transportation facilities shall be provided as part of this package.

Advisory
Kindly look into your transport to and from the base camp.
Dress accordingly.
Campsite shall have only basic amenities including a common washroom.
Delays may be caused due to weather conditions.
Decisions of the camp manager or experts are final.
Do not carry drugs/weapons/firearms/jewellery and valuables with you. Camp does not have locker facilities and take no responsibility for the same
Internet connectivity might be slow/NIL, please inform your guardians or friends beforehand.
Please inform us before booking about any medical condition which may affect the trip.

Confirmation Policy
Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 7-20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 60% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 0-7 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 100% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.

Refund Policy
Any refund applicable will be processed within 14 business days.
